Cask and Barrel Club is a marketing company that acts as the agent for its customer. When you seek to purchase a product listed on this website, you are appointing Cask and Barrel Club to act as your agent to place the order with a licensed retailer. Each licensed retailer will only sell and deliver in the state in which it is licensed. Cask and Barrel Club, acting as your agent, will seek to place the order with the licensed retailer. If the retailer accepts the order, it will deliver the product to Cask and Barrel Club as your agent.
